The team

Two therapists, and each one's license

Both hold an Oregon massage therapist license, listed beside their name. Pick one when you book, or ask the desk who has the next opening.

  • Christopher Leighton

    Licensed massage therapist, co-owner

    • Massage therapist license · OR Lic. 000000

Christopher runs Eugene's trails and still plans his week around the long run. He works at steady, medium pressure and asks before he changes it.

  • Elyse Washington in a white tunic, folding a towel at the front counter

    Elyse Washington

Licensed massage therapist, club sessions lead

    • Massage therapist license · OR Lic. 000000

Elyse ran middle distances in college and leads our club evenings. In race week she keeps the pressure lighter and tells you when she does.

Questions runners ask

Do I need to be a runner?

No. Most of our clients run, but anyone who trains is welcome.

How long should my first session be?

Sixty minutes is the usual first session, with time for the check-in and the work.

Can I book before work?

Yes. The first session each weekday and Saturday is at 7 a.m.

What if my race date changes?

Call the desk and we will move your sessions around the new date.

Do you work with running clubs?

Yes. A club session is 30 minutes with one therapist, and a club evening brings two therapists to your club night.
