Session
Club sessions
Sessions for running clubs and track groups, booked together.
A club session is 30 minutes with one therapist, booked from a shared schedule. A club evening puts two therapists at your club night, with a 30-minute turn for each runner. Ask the desk to plan one around your club's meet.

What happens
In the room

- 02
Step 2: Settle
Runners take turns on the table under a sheet, with the therapist out of the room while they settle.
- 03
Step 3: Work
Thirty minutes each, on the legs and hips, with pressure the runner sets.
- 04
Step 4: Finish
The next runner steps up, and the organizer keeps the list.
Good to know
Pressure, cover and what to bring
Pressure
You set the pressure before the session, and your therapist checks it partway through. Say lighter or firmer at any time.
Draping
You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole session. Only the area being worked is uncovered.
Ask your doctor first
If you have a health condition, are pregnant or are recovering from surgery or an injury, ask your doctor whether massage is right for you before you book.
What to wear and bring
Come in what you ran in. Undress to the level you are comfortable with, and bring shoes that slip on and off.
Questions about this session
How do we set up a club evening?
The organizer calls the desk with the date, the place and how many runners expect a turn.
Do runners pay separately?
Each runner books and pays for their own turn, unless the club arranges something else with the desk.
Can a track team book for a season?
Yes. Ask about a club schedule and the desk will go over what fits.
