First visit
Walk in as you are
You do not need to be fast, or to have a race on the calendar.
A first visit is mostly a conversation and a session. Your therapist asks about your training, sets the pressure with you, and you are covered by a sheet throughout. Nothing starts until you say yes.
If you would rather talk first, call the desk.

Your first visit, step by step
Sixty minutes is the usual first session, with time for the check-in.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a session online or call the desk. If you have a race on the calendar, mention it and we will plan around it.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Come as you are from a run or from work, and arrive ten minutes early to sign in. The door is on Willamette Street, with bike racks and street parking out front.
A water bottle
Shoes that slip on and off

Step 3: What to expect
Your therapist asks about your training week, sets the pressure with you, and leaves the room while you get on the table under the sheet. They work the areas you ask for, and you can change the pressure at any time.
- 04
Step 4: Afterward
Plan an easy rest of the day if you can. Book your next session at the desk before you leave, around the shape of your training week.
Our promises
Three things we keep the same
You are covered
A sheet or towel stays over you, and only the area being worked is uncovered.
You set the pressure
We ask before you lie down and again partway, and we change it when you say.
You can stop
Say so at any point and the session pauses or ends, with nothing to explain.
